Honestly, when I signed up to take Photography, I was not sure what to expect. I loved to take close up pictures because there is a world that we overlook everyday. Sometimes in our life, we just go about our busy schedules and don't get time to appreciate the small, beautiful moments. Photography has taught me to capture those moments and zoom in on what is really important. Throughout the course of the year, I have been inspired by Vivian Maier and her photography which uses mirrors. Mirrors create a dynamic aspect to her artwork and I really wanted to incorporate them to draw my audience in. My goal for the future is to become more confident with Self-Portraits. Sometimes the picture is better if it's not a perfect pose-it's just natural.
